Most of us go through life on automatic pilot, without consciously paying attention to what’s going on around us. When you bring simple mindfulness practices into your life you can begin to see what’s really going on in your life and how you can be more present in it.
On this short taster session you will find out what mindfulness is and have the opportunity to try some of the techniques you will learn on the full 8 week course.
By the end of the session you will have experienced how a regular mindfulness practice could benefit you and fit in easily with your daily life, and how the Elemental Changes 8- week course will get you started.
