Session 1

Let's get really clear about your situation, explore how you see things (the good and the not so good) and what's getting in the way of you being relaxed, calm and in control. With clarity around what you want to achieve and what's most important for you, you’ll make a start on finding your Inner Calm with simple yet powerful relaxation techniques that you can use in your everyday life.

Session 2-5

It's time to get to the nitty gritty, exploring your options, releasing the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual blockages and limiting beliefs that are causing you stress and anxiety, and identifying the tools and resources you need to create your version of Calm, then making them a reality.

Session 6

We'll celebrate all of the changes you've made so far and identify the next steps to continue with your self-care and maintain your Inner CALM for life!

Total Inner Calm

This is your time to be. An intensive and deeply healing one off session where you will be guided to relax and find your Inner Calm, receive healing and develop strategies for making real and lasting change in your life. This is a great option if you’ve already done a lot of personal development and inner work, and just want a bit of extra support to maintain your well-being.

Inner Calm for Life Programme (6 sessions)

Discover how to find your Inner Calm. This is your space to identify where you can make positive changes in your life, begin the healing process and learn the effective strategies to help you achieve your goals to make this your best year yet.

Inner Calm coaching usually takes place once a fortnight over six 90 minute sessions to give us time to work on a particular challenge or issue in depth. (This can vary depending on your requirements and we will review the programme at each session to make sure the programme is working for you!)
Some clients then choose to continue with further 'top up' relaxation or healing sessions in order to explore other goals or maintain their Inner Calm.
